Ecology (Habitat)& distribution

Sweet flag "Dharira" grows along the edges of ponds, lakes, and rivers especially at Asia, but it also may grow in arid lands. Dharira is a traditional perfumed powder made from the dried leaves and rhizomes of some plant species e.g. sweet flag.
